| The Small Print |

| General |
Goods are sold and supplied to the Buyer by The Wine Cru (the Company) upon the following terms and conditions of sale. Any variation in these Terms and Conditions must be agreed in writing. |

|
| Availability |
All wines and spirits are offered subject to availability and
remain the property of the Wine Cru until payment is received in
full. In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable when you
place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or
another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order.
We reserve the right not to accept any order. |

|
| Prices |
All prices are quoted per case including VAT unless otherwise stated and are correct at the time of publication. They are, however, subject to market fluctuation, changes in rates of currency, and changes in Duty and VAT. All wines are offered subject to availability. |

|
| Minimum Order |
12 x 75cl bottles, or the equivalent of 9 litres (could be 6 magnums!) |

|
| Payment |
Payment is required within 14 days from the date of invoice,
unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to charge monthly interest at the rate of 5% per month on overdue accounts. |

|
| Delivery |
Delivery within the mainland of the United Kingdom is charged at £10.00 ex VAT) per order and will be delivered within 7 working days of the order being placed. Delivery times and charges for other areas including the Scottish Isles and Northern Ireland are available on application. |

|
| Claims |
Claims for breakage and missing bottles must be notified in writing on the consignment note at the time of delivery. If possible, please inform us of any damage or loss in order to speed up and facilitate your claim. Non delivery must be notified within 14 days of the notified date of despatch. Any failure to comply will result in non-satisfaction of any claim. |

| Cancellation & Comlaints |
For your complete peace of mind, you may cancel your order within five working days of receipt of goods. A refund excluding return postage and packaging will be given, provided that the goods remain in good condition and that the request to cancel is received in writing. Any cancelled order will be refunded within 30 days. |

| Risks |
Notwithstanding the above, the risk in the Goods (in respect of loss or damage or otherwise) shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery. |

|
Title |
The property in Goods ordered from the Company shall pass to the Buyer only when all monies owed by the Buyer to the Company have been paid. Until the property in the Goods has passed to the Buyer, the Buyer shall (save in the case of any resale by the Buyer) keep each consignment of Goods from the Company separate and marked as being the property of the Company and such Goods shall be properly stored, protected and insured and the Buyer shall hold them in fiduciary capacity. The proceeds representing the invoice price of the Goods (including without limitation, insurance proceeds) shall be for the account of the Company and shall be held by the Buyer in trust for the Company and kept separate from the Buyer's own funds and those of third parties. If the Buyer shall fail to pay any sums to the Company when due the Company may, without prejudice to any other right or remedy, enter any property of the Buyer and take from the Buyer possession of any Goods in which the Company has retained the property. |
